We want to make choosing Stewart easy. Customers shouldn’t have any doubts when deciding which title company to use. So we spend a lot of time ensuring we have the financial strength necessary to protect people’s real estate investments. That strength is shown in our policyholders’ surplus – one of the largest in the industry. It’s proven by examining the many ratios used by regulators to judge companies’ viability and it’s affirmed by the ratings we have received.
